__________________ Classroom assistants-one month at a time:
This year, we went back to having classes during the latter half of worship. We need classroom assistants to help younger children with projects. Can you help?
Spaghetti Supper Fundraiser this Saturday the 28th:
Benefits Mission Trip. We need lots of help, and lots of people to attend. The supper goes from 5:00-6:30 pm on Saturday January 28th. Help needed: now - encouraging friends and family to attend. If you know people attending the ETC production that night, encourage them to have supper beforehand at the church. Saturday at 3:30 - people to make meatballs, dessert Saturday at 4:00 - salad makers, table setters,drink makers, dishwashers Saturday 5;00-6:30 - waitstaff, dishwashers, greeters, cashiers, clean-up crew |
Photographers to record a year in the life of the formation program:
As individuals or as a photography team, we need people who can take digital pictures that capture the spirit of our growing formation program and all its offerings this year, including the many special events.
Mardi Gras Luncheon and Silent Auction: Fundraiser for the Mission Trip
Last year we did this and it was a big success. Mark your calendars now for Sunday, February 19th. The luncheon will occur after church and fellowship time, starting around 11:00 am. Instead of preparing the food at church,we ask people to bring food. We're looking for food with a southern flare in honor of going to Alabama, but really, any food is welcome. We still need helpers to set up food, clean-up, and encourage folks to bid on Silent Auction items. If you have items or services to donate to the silent auction that would be great. Many of you are talented artists and craftspeople. Put your talent to a great cause. |
