Your First Visit
When do I need to arrive?
Worship service begins at 9:30 am. The first Sunday of each month is Communion Sunday (children are encouraged to attend).
Parking
Sundays you are welcome to park in the lot behind the Church, which can be accessed from main Street by turning right onto Court Street. Parking is also available at PSU's Silver Center parking on the corner of Main and Court Streets when there is no event scheduled.
Handicap parking is available in the Church lot which can be accessed from Main Street by turning right up Highland Street and turning right again immediately after the Post Office.
Street parking around the Common and anywhere on Main Street is free on Sunday.
Where do my children go?
Infant Nursury care and Sunday School classes for Post-Nursery through 9th grade are held downstairs in our Fellowship Hall. Each first Sunday of the month our children worship with their families and are welcome to the Table for Communion. Instead of a full length sermon, our Pastor tells parables in the example of Jesus. Whenever possible the children share their music and gifts. Age appropriate opportunities are offered to the children to light the candles, usher, greet and bring the Communion gifts.
On First Sunday, the Nursery is open for parents' convenience but there is no caregiver. We all worship together.
What should I wear?
We welcome you to come as you are. Most people choose to dress business casual.
